About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support product launches by drafting marketing and in-app collateral, launch messaging, and in-app content
  • Translate compliance, partner requirements, and financial product rules into support playbooks and SOPs
  • Track cross-functional and partner threads to closure and flag blockers
  • Diagnose onboarding, W-2 enrollment, and activation funnels with product and data science
  • Help scope, launch, and track A/B tests to improve conversion
  • Maintain the conversion dashboard and monitor impact on key metrics
  • Lead discovery and scoping conversations with stakeholders
  • Define and prioritize product work and distinguish one-off requests from product gaps
  • Write specifications, define success metrics, and manage engineering delivery from kickoff to launch
  • Align GTM, Support, and Operations stakeholders on product plans and rationale
  • Initially work alongside the CEO, CPO, and Head of Product, Fintech and Worker Experience, progressing toward end-to-end workstream ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical, customer- or data-facing role (consulting, strategy, analytics, engineering, ops, or product) with a clear trajectory toward product ownership
  • Able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days a week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple concurrent threads
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering, design, legal, and external partners
  • AI-native approach with experience automating workflows and tasks
  • Comfortable reading funnels, identifying conversion drop-offs, and framing testable hypotheses
  • Fintech, banking, or compliance experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Empathy with and passion for understanding frontline workers’ needs
