About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate closely with the leadership team and cross-functional partners to build thoughtful, impactful end-to-end product features
- Lead projects from early design through implementation, delivery, and iteration
- Help shape technical systems, internal tools, and engineering practices as the team scales
- Balance speed and quality while maintaining long-term maintainability
- Support and mentor teammates, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience in either Frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or Backend (Python), with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the stack
- Experience leading projects or owning product areas end-to-end
- Strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across disciplines
- Interest in helping grow both systems and people on a mission-driven team
