About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the CIO and technology leadership to develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise IT Roadmap
- Facilitate strategic planning processes aligning technology investments with organizational priorities
- Track roadmap progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones across technology initiatives
- Coordinate enterprise technology activities, prioritization, sequencing, and resource alignment
- Monitor cross-functional technology initiatives and facilitate stakeholder communication
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting strategic initiatives
- Support technology governance and investment decision-making
- Manage the technology project and demand intake process
- Gather, analyze, document, and refine business, functional, and technical requirements
- Conduct current-state assessments and recommend process and technology improvements
- Support vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and business case development
- Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
- Coordinate end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness activities
- Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, KPIs, OKRs, and technology health metrics
- Maintain the IT risk register and support technology risk management
- Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to technology leadership
- Analyze, document, and improve business and technology processes
- Establish and maintain process documentation, standards, and workflows
- Support compliance, governance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the FY27 CRM Assessment and Enterprise Data Assessment
- Assist with the Cybersecurity Framework and Program
- Support implementation and improvement of the IT Service Management program
- Facilitate organizational readiness, governance, and adoption for AI solutions and capabilities
- Support vendor selection, evaluation, relationship management, procurement, and renewals
- Track vendor performance, contractual obligations, and service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and the National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, technology enablement, IT strategy, project coordination, technology operations, or a related discipline
- Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements
- Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Experience supporting change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and workflow management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Christian faith is a prerequisite for employment
