About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow World Vision’s ministry by planning and implementing a scalable, digitally led engagement strategy for corporate donors giving up to $1M annually
  • Manage a large portfolio of current and lapsed corporate partners
  • Drive donor retention and reactivation to contribute to $15M+ in annual GIK and cash revenue
  • Respond to donor inquiries generated through campaigns and digital communications
  • Field and route GIK and cash offers, questions, and follow-up needs
  • Coordinate with placement, logistics, valuation, and other internal teams
  • Execute light-touch engagement and selective follow-up for warm, responsive, or high-potential donors
  • Manage donor engagement through digital communications, campaign sequences, CRM-informed prioritization, and responsive follow-up
  • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, responses, inquiries, offers, and conversion indicators
  • Identify underperforming messaging and recommend improvements
  • Plan, document, and track donor interactions, campaign responses, offers, inquiries, follow-up actions, segmentation updates, and portfolio status in CRM systems
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with Corporate Engagement team members and cross-functional partners
  • Identify donor behavior trends, engagement patterns, retention risks, reactivation opportunities, and advancement signals
  • Escalate donors ready for upgrade to other tiered portfolio engagement and coordinate transitions
  • Articulate World Vision’s transformational development model and increase donor involvement through GIK, cash, and other resource-generating opportunities
  • Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (8 years)
  • At least 2 years of work experience in donor engagement, corporate engagement, account management, sales, digital engagement, campaign management, fundraising, or related experience
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital outreach or marketing automation tools preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer
  • Ability to participate in Christian organizational spiritual disciplines and uphold WV Core Values

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
