About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Traffic Office, warehouse, and ramp operations
- Resolve service failures and implement corrective and preventative measures
- Respond to customer concerns via email daily
- Monitor and review managers’ performance
- Monitor and review staff productivity
- Manage, plan, and control all warehouse and ramp activities
- Oversee office management and ensure customer expectations are met
- Report to the General Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in cargo and ramp operations
- Good customer service and leadership skills
- Able to work weekends and holidays, all shifts
- Able to work in inclement weather
- Able to lift weights up to 50 lbs
