About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain inbound and outbound truck activity logs
  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitor inbound and outbound flights
  • Maintain consistent communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, third-party trucking providers, and the customer
  • Use the customer’s proprietary computer system for updates and communications
  • Follow the customer’s standard work manual to drive required communications
  • Communicate flight and linehaul delays, operational escalations, and consumable inventories
  • Create and send reports on time
  • Work as part of the team and perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years’ experience in Data Entry
  • High School, GED or International equivalent
  • Professional handling of inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Amazon Logistics System
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • GWAM of 35+ words per minute
  • Ability to lift 50 to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
