About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and assist with cleaning aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, lavatories, and galleys
  • Ensure compliance with airline standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assign tasks to cabin cleaning agents and monitor performance
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met before aircraft departure
  • Train new team members on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
  • Communicate with supervisors and airline representatives about cleaning schedules and special requests
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or a related field preferred
  • HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and airport environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines
  • May require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
  • Must join the Transport Workers Union (TWU) and pay union dues under the collective bargaining agreement
