About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and lead cabin service agents to ensure timely and thorough aircraft cleaning
- Assign tasks and ensure cleaning standards and schedules meet airline guidelines
- Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Inspect cleaned cabins for cleanliness standards and hazards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order materials as needed
- Coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds
- Train and onboard new staff on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleaning activity records and report incidents or issues to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols
- A valid driver’s license may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces and on different levels of aircraft
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions, indoors and outdoors
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to work in a high-noise environment with hearing protection
- Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for safety
