About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to plan and build a fast-growing and evolving organization
  • Provide leadership coaching and enable high-performing leadership teams
  • Provide talent solutions that support the organization’s goals to innovate and deliver breakthrough products
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching while maintaining confidentiality and integrity

  • Support and roll out talent management and development initiatives, including talent planning and review, mentoring and coaching, learning and development, and talent mobility programs
  • Support and champion company values and inclusion initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Coach managers on communication, feedback, conflict management, and performance improvement
  • Advise on and help implement organizational design and structure changes
  • Collaborate with Global HR team members and serve as a key link between the client and the broader organization
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage employee data and metrics to guide programs and measure employee experience success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives
  • Provide inspirational leadership through active listening, empathy, inclusivity, and modeling company values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability in collaborating with key stakeholders to solve complex people challenges and create pragmatic talent solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals
  • Strong business partner expertise and communication skills to influence, collaborate, and build bridges with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executives to shape organizational design, scale teams, and drive high-performance teams
  • Always learning, adapting, and engaging with evolving challenges and rapid changes
  • 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in HRBP specifically
  • Proven expertise in performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Ability to flex communication style to be effective with different audiences and cultures
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior management, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, including leveraging HR COE expertise in support of their client
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with engineering and technology business priorities
  • Track record in leading change management initiatives and supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth or transformation
  • Experience working across cultures and time zones, demonstrating high cultural agility and adaptability
  • Global HR experience in technology or related engineering-driven industries
