About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process warranty claims accurately and timely
  • Manage assigned dealers and complete assigned claims
  • Maintain positive communications with dealership staff, manufacturers, and WPI
  • Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements
  • Maintain accurate claim records and detailed claim notes
  • Respond to communications within WPI expectations
  • Use internal reporting to reconcile work weekly and monthly
  • Analyze problems, identify trends, and report issues affecting claim-processing efficiency
  • Assist with creating and implementing action plans or strategies to improve warranty processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct Warranty Administrator experience
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Proficient or ability to learn new computer systems
  • Prior experience in warranty processing required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Sound reasoning and math skills
