About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research consumer, company, category, and culture data to surface opportunities and barriers for client brands
  • Draft preliminary strategic recommendations, competitive audits, and client presentation slides under senior strategist guidance
  • Build consumer journey maps and identify digital touchpoints, high-intent moments, and channel-specific communication tasks
  • Track emerging digital, cultural, and industry trends to support creative brainstorms and inform agency teams
  • Partner with Creative, Media, and Data & Analytics teams on day-to-day deliverables
  • Support pitch teams through background research, market-data organization, and pitch brainstorm contributions
  • Turn research into compelling stories and contribute to client strategy for enterprise clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally within a digital agency or marketing research firm
  • Natural urge to dig past surface-level numbers to uncover underlying human behaviors
  • Baseline understanding of core digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, CTV, content, and UX
  • Familiarity with audience research platforms such as MRI/Simmons, Kantar, GWI, Resonate, MediaRadar, and Pathmatics
  • Familiarity with social listening platforms
  • Interest in using AI tools to accelerate research synthesis
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and experience building and formatting polished professional presentations and decks
  • Clear, organized written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail for client-facing materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
