About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and optimize content strategies across organic search, AI-powered search experiences, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Report to the Director of Content Marketing
  • Partner with clients to create high-quality content that builds brand authority, increases discoverability, and supports business objectives
  • Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics
  • Own strategy, direction, and delivery of performance-driven creative across a book of business ranging from 2–5 clients
  • Translate performance data into creative direction, testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and iteration plans
  • Develop recurring static and video briefs with performance-driven messaging, hooks, headlines, and ad copy
  • Partner with Media teams on testing strategy, scaling opportunities, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with Design and Production while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Analyze creative performance and synthesize learnings into actionable insights
  • Apply platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Programmatic
  • Present creative concepts, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Contribute to creative testing frameworks, best practices, and account workflows
  • Improve creative efficiency through tools, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Travel occasionally to clients, team meetings, or events, likely 1–3 times per year

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, Editorial Strategy, or a related agency or in-house marketing role
  • Experience developing content strategies that drive measurable performance across organic search, engagement, or business objectives
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and an interest in how AI-powered search is evolving content discovery
  • Experience creating and managing website content, blogs, thought leadership, and other digital marketing assets
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Asana, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
  • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
