About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own multiple applications within Polaris IQ and lead the squad responsible for delivering the roadmap
  • Contribute to the broader Wpromote Product roadmap
  • Conduct user research, analyze market and product data, and develop use cases and recommendations to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
  • Translate user and business needs into requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work for Engineering and Design
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to deliver, launch, and drive adoption of product experiences
  • Represent Polaris IQ in client conversations, sales demos, internal meetings, and cross-functional planning
  • Use product usage, adoption, feedback, and business performance data to evaluate success and guide future decisions
  • Triage product questions and issues, identify patterns, and escalate bugs, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of how agency teams deliver marketing services for clients
  • Experience translating user or business needs into product requirements, priorities, workflows, or deliverables
  • Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to move initiatives from idea through execution
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to independently manage ambiguity and competing priorities, make sound decisions, and take ownership without extensive oversight
  • Curiosity about marketing technology, data, AI, and emerging ways to improve how marketing teams work
  • Product management, product operations, or software development experience, particularly in SaaS or marketing technology
  • Hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, content, creative, analytics, measurement, or another digital marketing discipline
  • Experience with marketing data, APIs, integrations, dashboards, reporting, SQL, BigQuery, or product analytics tools
  • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience supporting client-facing demos, training, enablement, launches, proposals, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship
