About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an internal and external point of contact for program operations
  • Own operational efficiency of assigned programs
  • Run internal and client-facing meetings, capture action items, and disseminate recaps
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives from beginning to end with channel team leadership
  • Manage program scope, risks, and change requests
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverable accuracy
  • Develop and maintain timelines and project trackers
  • Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks and deliverables using project management software
  • Ensure client programs follow appropriate PMO templates and processes
  • Own key PMO department initiatives
  • Partner with client service counterparts on account success
  • Mentor junior-level project managers
  • Drive continuous process improvement for assigned programs
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously or a single enterprise-level program
  • Partner with client services, paid, earned, and owned media, digital intelligence, and executive leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency, managing large-scale, multi-faceted digital programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Once eligible, PMP Certification is expected within one year of hire
  • Ability to autonomously lead project management for any program type
  • Ability to oversee, train, and mentor junior-level project managers
  • Advanced abilities in using Asana or similar task management software
  • Experience working autonomously and being part of a team
  • Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks
  • Experience authoring project management plans, change, issue and risk logs, and status reports
  • Strong understanding of workflows for digital creative process, paid media marketing, earned media marketing, analytics, and client management
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior-level clients and team members
  • Ability to identify and own process improvement lifecycle
  • Strong risk management skills
  • Ability to implement complex, cross-channel workflows
  • Strong change management skills
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
