About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish relationships and engage with clients to find new opportunities to expand the Wrike product
  • Get customers onboarded, help them be more productive with Wrike, and answer their questions
  • Understand customers' goals, offer tailored advice on best practices, and deliver Wrike value
  • Proactively reach out to customers and share expertise on efficient product use
  • Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls
  • Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing deliverables
  • Learn and apply proven SaaS sales processes and methodologies
  • Work with territory teams and leaders to strategize big deals
  • Use Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management
  • Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • Share best practices via email and phone calls, with approximately 80% of work time spent on customer calls
  • Maximize customer lifetime by helping customers unlock product value
  • Collaborate with Professional Services consultants, Sales Engineers, Renewal Team, and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ years of work experience in a customer facing role (Sales, Customer success, Customer Support, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
  • A keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points
  • Having a problem solver mentality, being a critical thinker and generally curious
  • A passion for learning and improving every day, motivated to excel
  • Openness to receiving feedback, being coachable
