Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases
Validate technical feasibility and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions
Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities
Translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into solution recommendations
Guide customers through the generative AI landscape
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
Provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap
Develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows for technical integrations
Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts
Ensure customer impact and return on investment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
Deep technical fluency in Python
Extensive experience leveraging APIs
Experience designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Exceptional communication and executive presence
Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for technical teams and C-suite leadership
Builder's mindset and passion for emerging technologies
Passion for generative AI
Ability to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo, and own successful outcomes
