About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple squads and product surfaces
- Shape product strategy and roadmap with the VP of Product and product leadership
- Translate company-level goals into clear, sequenced product bets
- Engage enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs and validate problem-solution fit
- Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and prioritize development
- Collaborate on LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data-related product decisions
- Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders
- Communicate strategy and tradeoffs through audience-appropriate narratives
- Define and own success metrics, evaluate impact, course-correct, and report outcomes to leadership
- Mentor and coach other product managers and raise product craft across the organization
- Report directly to the VP of Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments
- Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes beyond the immediate team
- Genuine customer obsession and ability to synthesize customer needs and workflows
- Technical credibility engaging with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture
- Strong strategic thinking and relentless execution
- Exceptional communication tailored to audiences from frontline engineers to executives
- Mentoring instinct and builder's drive, with a data-informed, outcome-driven mindset
- Experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems is nice to have
- Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products is nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and operational considerations of deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments is nice to have
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the job is located
