About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers
- Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions for AI-powered work
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Leverage WRITER's platform, APIs, and custom applications to solve critical business problems
- Lead proofs of concept and demonstrations
- Build custom templates and integrate WRITER capabilities to demonstrate customer value
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, and AI leaders
- Guide generative AI strategy and define enterprise-level architecture roadmaps
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
- Champion adoption of WRITER's platform and APIs
- Educate prospects and partners about generative AI capabilities
- Report directly to the Director, solutions architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering
- Ideally within a high-growth, B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices
- Experience in Python
- Proficiency with APIs and end-to-end orchestration
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for technical teams and executive leadership
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, uncover root causes, and architect solutions to complex business and technical challenges
- Builder's mindset and proven ability to connect with customer needs and develop innovative AI solutions
- Ability to own the technical success and impact of client engagements
- Must be able and excited to join in-person, collaborative working sessions in the office 3 days/week
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the job is located
