About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of customers while leading ROI and value initiatives with a customer success manager
- Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers
- Set vision and define the JTBD framework with leadership teams to drive AI adoption
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews
- Frame the P&L impact of AI adoption in business reviews
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders
- Manage customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities with sales through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Produce and processify decks, frameworks, and communications to scale transformation best practices
- Report to the director of AI transformation and success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
- Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to lead composed presentations to boards
- Ability to proactively orchestrate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory
- Intrinsic motivation to do your best work while remaining aligned with WRITER's core values: Connect, Challenge, and Own
- Located within 50 miles of an office hub, or willing to relocate
- Able and willing to participate in in-person collaborative working sessions in the office 3 days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located
- Must be at least 18 years of age
