About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage premium issuance and claims invoicing
- Prepare and monitor funding requests to partners
- Process premium refunds
- Manage follow-ups for outstanding premiums and claims payments
- Monitor unapplied financial flows and manage the inventory
- Update banking details (SEPA mandates – ORIGIX)
- Carry out receipt transactions related to financial flows
- Analyze and monitor portfolio financial data
- Liaise with clients, partners, and sales teams
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Provide back-up support for members of the Financial Flows team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year post-secondary degree in management, finance, or administration
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Comfortable using IT tools and working with figures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
