About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
  • Advise clients on global risk strategy, optimum program structure, and geographical nuances and regulations
  • Package and present client risk exposures to insurers to implement coverage and programs
  • Complete high-volume detailed work, including certificates and policies, accurately and efficiently
  • Gather, analyze, and track large-scale data
  • Communicate with the international network regarding global program services
  • Own communication flow between the network, Stateside brokerage team, and client
  • Review binding documentation and assist with quote comparisons
  • Supervise invoicing, coordinate global documentation delivery, and monitor payments to avoid policy cancellation
  • Maintain, execute, and resolve open-item lists across projects for assigned clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Date of graduation between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Competency to build technical industry knowledge and understand the international marketplace
  • Ability to help the brokerage team evaluate clients’ international exposures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Analytically driven and detail oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
