About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with client advisors to build submissions
- Check policies for accuracy
- Assist with client communication
- Assist with deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meetings and RFPs
- Help build content communicating market trends to clients and centers of influence
- Ensure quality and compliance procedures and processes are followed
- Record and maintain information accurately in appropriate systems

- Participate in the 17-month non-rotational Graduate Development Program
- Complete orientation and onboarding training across CRB functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time and task management skills
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work product
- Relationship management and customer focus
- Ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytically driven and detail oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must obtain the required insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
