About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clients across WTW’s Employee Experience portfolio, including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights, surveys, assessments, and employee experience software
  • Develop client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, video scripts, emails, postcards, brochures, benefits guides, and website content
  • Gather and analyze data to inform recommendations and facilitate client conversations
  • Develop and implement communication and change management strategies with senior colleagues
  • Deliver insights on leadership alignment, culture alignment, workforce well-being, Total Rewards, and employee engagement
  • Write, proofread, and copyedit HR and benefits-related materials
  • Assist with design, production, presentation formatting, graphic design support, scheduling meetings, and answering client inquiries
  • Ensure content is accurate, error-free, consistent in style, and aligned with client branding
  • Provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement and culture and optimize talent and program investments
  • Coordinate with senior EX staff, clients, and technical and support teams to manage deadlines, task handoffs, meetings, and project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed the WTW Employee Experience Internship in Summer 2026
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Graduation with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2026 and June 2027
  • Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology, including digital and social media
  • Ability to apply knowledge to client-focused solutions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present in front of clients and on camera
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete defined assignments with little supervision
  • Ability to recognize and diagnose issues and draw logical, systematic conclusions from data
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience or comfort using Foxit and/or Adobe
  • Willingness to learn Adobe Workfront
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Local to and able to commute to the WTW office in Irvine, CA
  • Legally authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without visa sponsorship
