About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 17-month Corporate Risk & Broking Graduate Development Program
- Complete orientation, structured onboarding, hands-on experience, and professional development
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs for management
- Analyze revenue and expense data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop financial models supporting decisions, including T&E trending and salary modeling
- Collaborate with departments to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency
- Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations to management
- Assist regional/Business Unit Finance with updating plan and forecast systems
- Complete ad hoc projects
- Build industry knowledge, practical skills, and a professional network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed a 2026 Summer internship with WTW
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Date of Graduation between May 2026 and May 2027
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to analyze financial data, identify trends, and use financial modeling and analysis tools
- Proficient in time management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Adaptability
- Must currently be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are restricted forms of employment eligibility
- Alteryx, Power BI, or other AI/data experience is a plus
- Finance and/or Accounting majors preferred; Business majors considered
