About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in WTW’s non-rotational 17-month CRB Graduate Development Program
- Complete orientation and onboarding training covering CRB functions and the insurance industry
- Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks
- Support placement of client risks into the insurance market
- Create Loss Summaries and review program binders and policies for accuracy
- Assist brokers and senior brokers
- Prepare and finalize submission documents
- Review quotes against specifications and develop side-by-side comparisons
- Prepare program proposals
- Develop client and prospect presentations
- Support Client Renewal Strategy Meetings and RFP deliverables
- Research market solutions and develop risk solutions for clients
- Facilitate introductions to carrier and trading partners
- Build understanding of insurance principles and brokerage concepts
- Follow quality and compliance procedures
- Record and maintain information in appropriate systems, including the Broking Platform
- Negotiate quotations with insurance carriers and liaise with markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Date of graduation between May 2026 and May 2027
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong time and task management skills
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work product
- Relationship management and customer focus
- Ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytically driven and detail oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
- Required insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Active surplus lines license for the resident state within the specified 120-day deadline
