About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in WTW’s centrally run, 12-month Recent College Graduate Program
  • Support the development and implementation of new client strategies and solutions
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts
  • Perform financial analyses, including pricing, employee contribution strategies, and plan design modeling
  • Develop specialized knowledge in pharmacy, life and disability insurance, health equity and wellbeing, vendor placement, actuarial/analytics, and related areas
  • Evaluate responses to surveys and vendor proposals
  • Collaborate with the RCGP class on project opportunities and trainings
  • Work with colleagues at all levels and gain exposure to Fortune 500, mid-sized, and smaller clients
  • Build knowledge across healthcare, group benefits, and wellbeing consulting
  • Network with senior leaders and thought leaders across WTW

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completion of the Health and Benefits or Health, Equity and Wellbeing Summer 2026 Internship at WTW
  • Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Preferred coursework may include human capital/human resource management, health economics, risk management & insurance, business management, marketing and finance, advanced mathematics
  • Prior internship or other work experience demonstrating increasing levels of complex work, autonomy, and client service skills
  • For Actuarial students: Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Problem-solving orientation and ability to share solutions
  • Resourceful, creative, and inquisitive
  • Accountability and ownership of work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Must be local to the WTW office for which you applied
  • Graduation with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2026 and June 2027
