About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with employers on health, equity, and wellbeing projects
  • Support wellbeing strategy, I&D strategy and assessment, clinical condition management, and vendor evaluations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data
  • Create client deliverable drafts for review by senior colleagues
  • Perform health, wellbeing, and I&D strategies
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts
  • Design, distribute, and evaluate survey and RFP responses
  • Gain real-world business experience and immediate exposure to client assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, health management, business administration, or another major with significant quantitative coursework
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills
  • Analyst-type internship preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to share solutions
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Local to New York and able to commute to the office at 1325 Avenue of the Americas
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship
  • Expected graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028
