About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist client teams in providing consulting advice and services to multinational companies
- Support retirement, health and welfare, benefits, and compensation engagements globally
- Serve as a resource for associates and consultants leading engagements
- Perform intricate aspects of client work
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results
- Gain hands-on experience through real client assignments
- Build technical knowledge and industry expertise while collaborating with a team of experts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or another major with significant quantitative coursework
- Strong academic record with GPA of 3.0+
- Ideally, successful completion of one or more actuarial exams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ask appropriate questions and seek help when needed
- Ability to respond to communications effectively and promptly
- Ability to work independently and on client teams in a fast-paced environment
- Accountability and ownership of work
- Self-starter mindset and willingness to challenge oneself and step outside one’s comfort zone
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028
- Must be open to working in Fall 2027 through December 2027
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
