About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the 17-month, non-rotational CRB Graduate Development Program
- Complete orientation and onboarding training covering functions within Corporate Risk and Broking
- Support client projects that identify, assess, quantify, and manage enterprise risks
- Conduct Enterprise Risk Management assessments and maturity reviews
- Perform enterprise-wide risk identification and prioritization
- Develop risk registers
- Design risk appetite, tolerance, and governance frameworks
- Perform strategic risk quantification and decision-support modeling
- Support Business Continuity Planning and operational resilience programs
- Develop risk monitoring, reporting, and key risk indicators
- Conduct benchmarking, research, and analysis for client recommendations
- Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, actuaries, catastrophe modelers, business continuity specialists, and industry experts
- Collaborate across risk consulting, catastrophe modeling, climate, actuarial, insurance, and analytics teams
- Contribute to consulting methodologies, tools, and thought leadership
- Explore and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve analytical insights, delivery efficiency, and client outcomes
- Work on multiple project-based engagements simultaneously
- Gain exposure to diverse industries and senior client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Date of Graduation between May 2026 and May 2027
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time and task management skills
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work product
- Relationship management and customer focus
- Ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally with teammates
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
