About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs
- Advise clients on global risk strategy, optimum program structure, geographical nuances, and regulations affecting risk decisions
- Package and present client risk exposures to insurers to implement appropriate coverage and programs
- Complete high-volume detailed work, including certificates and policies, accurately and efficiently
- Gather, analyze, and track large-scale data
- Communicate with the international network regarding global program services
- Maintain primary ownership of communication among the network, State-side brokerage team, and client
- Review binding documentation and assist with quote comparison development
- Supervise invoicing, coordinate global documentation delivery, and monitor payments to avoid policy cancellation
- Maintain, execute, and resolve open-item lists across projects for assigned clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Date of graduation between May 2026 and May 2027
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build technical industry knowledge and understand the international marketplace
- Ability to help the brokerage team evaluate clients’ international exposures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are restricted forms of employment eligibility
