About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with consultants and clients to design philosophies and strategies to attract, reward and retain talent
  • Perform competitive benchmarking analyses to help clients ensure reward programs are competitive
  • Perform industry and financial research
  • Monitor legal, regulatory and legislative trends related to corporate governance and compensation
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
  • Develop, analyze and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs
  • Draft documents presenting analytical work to client audiences
  • Value equity awards using financial formulas
  • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within client teams
  • Work alongside consultants on real client assignments
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, present results and recommend potential solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams and colleagues across WTW

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or another major with significant quantitative coursework
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Expected graduation in Spring 2027
  • Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between May 2026 and June 2027
  • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills
  • Strong financial literacy highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
