About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive strategic enterprise integration and alignment of processes, data, and systems impacting a business unit or functional area
- Analyze and define technical solutions and recommend process changes or enhancements for continuous improvement
- Own business-area processes, data, reports, testing coordination, defect resolution, troubleshooting, training, education, and communication materials
- Act as a key liaison between business units
- Enforce change controls for enterprise process design documentation, role assignments, performance measures, reports, and training materials
- Design business rulesets and roles meeting compliance requirements and end-user needs
- Facilitate enterprise data management disciplines and process adherence across business areas
- Track and measure process effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence
- Lead analytical teams investigating root causes of behavior and process performance gaps
- Design and implement action plans and drive accountability for benefits realization
- Facilitate demand management, prioritization, business case development, requirements gathering, and solution validation
- Serve as solution designer and project lead for continuous improvement initiatives, enhancements, and special projects
- Translate business needs into process or technical requirements aligned with the enterprise vision
- Lead training and support for new implementations and drive communication of changes and change adoption
- Provide strategic consultation for process improvement initiatives and manage integrated workflow design across the business unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience
- Deep knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement
- Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios
- Leadership, change management and program/project management experience
- Experience in integrating new technological and process solutions
- Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives
- Preferred: Experience using SAP S/4 and experience working with Coupa Source to Pay
