Change Management Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, collect, analyze, and report key people data for the Change Management team and stakeholders.
- Assist with enterprise-level change decisions and understanding change impacts.
- Develop and produce regular and ad hoc dashboards in digestible formats.
- Serve as SharePoint subject matter advisor for Change Management sites.
- Support stakeholder assessments, segmentation, and change management personas.
- Assist with change impact analyses covering organizational, process, technology, and role impacts.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards, reporting, surveys, and adoption metrics.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, training events, roadshows, change networks, community of practice meetings, and collaboration sites.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and collection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of data structures and query tools.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data and trends back to the business.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
