About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead assigned marketing strategy and execution for the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group
  • Support development of marketing strategy and execution for new/market transformation products and mature products
  • Drive understanding of business priorities and report on marketing results
  • Utilize customer insights, data and internal relationships to increase product awareness and participation
  • Synthesize program portfolio team inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis and distill product value propositions to develop product bundles
  • Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences
  • Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs
  • Support product awareness research
  • Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • 5 years marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing
  • 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: program, product or brand management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand, advertising, and promotion principles and tactics
  • Peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results
