About the role

Leverage AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging analytical capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate insight generation, enhance reporting processes, and identify opportunities to deliver greater business value.
Evaluate and implement AI enabled solutions supporting operational efficiency, decision making, and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, data integrations, and automated business solutions.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify requirements, develop recommendations, and deliver solutions supporting operational and strategic goals.
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analytics solutions using enterprise data sources.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports, dashboards, and business processes.
Design and sustain automated workflows, data pipelines, and business processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement data-driven solutions.
Monitor and resolve data quality, system, and reporting issues.
Support and lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational performance, process improvement, customer experience, and business transformation.
Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead or contribute to projects enhancing business processes, reporting capabilities, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and information systems.
Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, documentation, training, and mentorship.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Business Science or Business Administration or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Three years experience, with at least 1 year in one of the following areas: customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering and/or information systems.
Strong customer focus.
Proven leadership and ability to take an initiative from idea conception and start-up through full implementation.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Proven communication with strong technical and analytical acumen.
Experience with PC applications and analytical software.
Ability to travel occasionally.
