About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Build and ship agents, skills, and automations used by Customer Solutions, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Prototype proofs of concept and demo environments for prospects using synthetic patient records only, carrying each POC end to end with the account team
  • Support customer onboarding and technical troubleshooting at the Customer Solutions layer
  • Join discovery calls with Sales and Channel Partnerships, answer technical questions, and contribute to RFP responses and security questionnaires
  • Work with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales and Channel Partnerships to scope integrations, surface product gaps, and hand off work to the core platform when appropriate
  • Follow the team's SDLC, including ticketed work, code review, CI/CD, and documentation
  • Threat-model shipped work, protect secrets and patient data, and follow HIPAA and HITRUST practices
  • Design agents and automations with least privilege, human approval for irreversible actions, and activity records
  • Automate repetitive review, testing, and deployment tasks while maintaining quality and security gates
  • Write tests and agent/skill evaluations alongside shipped code
  • Within the first 90 days, ship a customer integration to production and take a prospect POC end to end
  • Within the first year, create a reusable integration toolkit and improve contract-to-live time, POC conversion, escalations, security, and automation reliability
