About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers as trusted advisor and commercial lead
- Own renewal and growth activities across customer accounts
- Build and execute Customer Success Plans with outcomes, milestones, stakeholders, and value hypotheses
- Quantify, track, and communicate value realisation, ROI, and business impact
- Prepare and present success metrics and commercial narratives to executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders
- Understand customers’ priorities, operating models, systems landscapes, and roadmaps
- Shape account strategy and identify expansion opportunities
- Run proactive account governance such as EBRs and QBRs
- Monitor customer health and engagement, identify risk, and lead retention plans
- Mobilise internal teams to protect and grow revenue
- Identify, qualify, and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build business cases and partner with account executives and founders to close opportunities
- Lead renewals end-to-end, including timelines, commercial negotiation support, stakeholder alignment, and forecasting
- Triage technical and non-technical issues and coordinate internal resources
- Capture product feedback and influence prioritisation
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape and contribute to strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Account Management / Customer Success in B2B SaaS or a consultative commercial role
- Experience owning senior stakeholder relationships and outcomes across a portfolio
- Demonstrable track record leading renewals, retaining revenue, and creating growth through upsell/cross-sell
- Strong value-based selling and storytelling skills
- Ability to quantify impact, build business cases, and present success metrics/ROI to executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience running structured account governance, including CSPs, QBRs/EBRs, and executive sponsor plans
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology
- Evidence of proactively identifying risk and leading save plans
- Strong cross-functional leadership coordinating Product, Delivery/Implementation, Support, and Sales
- Analytical and systems-minded approach using usage, outcomes, and financial data
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn customer environments and product capabilities
- Excellent prioritisation and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, direct communication, high ownership, and professional customer interactions
- Availability for standard working hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
