About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and deliver go-to-market work for campaigns helping accounting and bookkeeping partners get more from Xero
  • Shape creative briefs and organise people and resources
  • Build project plans and schedules and keep cross-functional teams aligned to milestones
  • Plan and deliver promotions for industry and Xero-hosted partner events across US sales and events teams
  • Manage always-on campaigns including AB Bulletin, Xero Coaches, and Xero CAS
  • Track campaign performance, registrations, attendance, communications engagement, and sales lead quality
  • Deliver integrated campaigns end to end, including audience segmentation, go-to-market planning, internal alignment, delivery, and reporting
  • Use Salesforce, marketing automation, email nurturing, Google Workspace, campaign reporting, and A/B testing
  • Report to the Head of Partner Marketing, US, and collaborate with events, sales, global marketing, and agency partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience across marketing, marketing communications, business operations or project management
  • Experience with event promotions measured on registrations and attendance
  • Ability to organise competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating within a matrixed organisation and with external agency partners
  • Experience taking go-to-market plans through delivery with ownership
  • Experimentation mindset with testing, learning, and campaign optimisation
  • Comfort with Salesforce, marketing automation, and Google Workspace
  • Clear and considerate written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in an eligible US payroll state
  • Satisfactory completion of relevant background checks
