Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep mastery of Android engineering, including performance optimization, accessibility, testing strategies, release management and platform conventions
Track record of building robust apps at scale
Practical experience using AI copilots, code generation and debugging tools in daily development workflows
Sound judgment regarding AI correctness, security, privacy and over-reliance
Solid understanding of iOS conventions
Ability to collaborate with iOS engineers on shared architectural decisions
Experience designing or evolving service endpoints, API contracts and integrations
Ability to contribute to backend services and service integration
Exposure to .NET, AWS, Kubernetes and CI/CD is valuable
Ability to connect technical decisions to employee, employer and business outcomes
Comfort with change, ambiguity and shifting direction
Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs and deliver incrementally
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain constraints and trade-offs with data-driven clarity
