About the role

- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment
- Experience using AI-powered tools for financial modelling, analysis, and research
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process efficiency and automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Estonian
