Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement
  • Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience in the Automotive industry or Industrial background is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
