About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the daily work of the Operations and Support Team.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations for the team's operational activities and direct reports.
Provide comprehensive administration of trading systems.
Identify optimization opportunities and implement automation in daily operational processes.
Use artificial intelligence to automate operational tasks, including collaborating with AI assistants to create scripts, code, and optimization solutions.
Grant, manage, and oversee access and permissions for trading systems.
Administer technological solutions dedicated to institutional clients.
Collaborate on applications supporting automated trading and OTC processes.
Execute transaction corrections, including mass corrections and corrections of off-market or technically erroneous trades.
Analyze and clarify causes of off-market transactions and required corrections.
Support Global Customer Support departments and foreign branches with operational matters, trading conditions, and trading-system queries.
Assist with client complaint resolution.
Collaborate with other teams, including the OTC Trading Team, to create and launch new financial instruments.
Prepare substantive responses to regulatory-body letters and inquiries.
Assist in creating periodic order execution reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Develop and update transaction-execution documentation.
Cooperate in drafting financial-instrument specifications and order-execution documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in a financial institution, brokerage house, or financial markets (OTC markets / derivatives / CFDs preferred).
Experience in team management or strong leadership aptitude.
Excellent knowledge of how trading systems function.
A strong interest in artificial intelligence and openness to innovative working methods.
Experience or a strong willingness to develop in operational process automation.
Knowledge of Python and SQL.
Readiness to use AI and vibe coding for technical troubleshooting.
Analytical skills, accuracy, and strong troubleshooting abilities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for seamless communication with global branches.
