About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements, or capability of obtaining one (HAZ is a plus)
  • Ability to obtain all required customer clearances as needed (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
  • Clean driving record
  • 0 to 2 years of technical work experience; 1 year preferred
  • Electrical, mechanical, or diesel experience depending on business unit
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Technical proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
  • Customer service experience
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly
  • Ability to derive insight from customer experience and solve moderately complex problems
  • Must be able to function in a team environment
  • Some travel required; 5%-20% travel depending on division and location, including overnight stays away from home
