About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the portfolios of Account Executives across Brazil, identifying new contacts and opportunities within companies
  • Actively prospect new companies and contacts, primarily at medium-sized and large organizations
  • Research companies, industries, departments, job titles, decision-makers, and influencers related to HR, L&D, Corporate Education, People, and Leadership
  • Conduct sales outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Create and execute prospecting cadences and follow-ups
  • Open new doors and generate sales conversations with prospective clients
  • Make initial contact with and conduct the preliminary qualification of leads received through the company website, campaigns, events, and other channels
  • Understand the prospective client’s context, interest, and initial needs
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Follow up with leads that are not yet ready for a meeting
  • Reactivate contacts and opportunities that did not move forward previously
  • Work closely with Account Executives, understanding their portfolios, priorities, and outreach strategies
  • Keep the CRM up to date by recording contacts, interactions, leads, meetings, opportunities, and next steps
  • Track prospecting, conversion, lead generation, and meeting metrics
  • Contribute to improving outreach, prospecting, and qualification strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience in business development, pre-sales, sales, customer service, or customer relationship management
  • Experience with active prospecting
  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is a plus
  • Experience selling services, solutions, consulting, corporate education, technology, or other B2B offerings is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of outbound prospecting and sales outreach techniques
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
  • Strong organizational skills to manage cadences, follow-ups, and prospecting routines
  • Ability to research companies and identify potential contacts and decision-makers
  • Knowledge of Excel and productivity tools
  • Knowledge of research tools, preferably Lusha, is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of lead generation and qualification strategies
