Key responsibilities & impact

Develop long-term financial models, projections, and business cases for new businesses and strategic initiatives
Analyze financial results, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities related to revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, and cash flow
Evaluate the economic feasibility of investments, new courses, portfolio expansion, M&A, and strategic partnerships
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence analyses
Monitor competitor trends and activities
Develop attractiveness models and scoring frameworks for new markets, identifying growth and expansion opportunities
Structure and monitor strategic projects, defining timelines, owners, milestones, risks, and action plans
Support pipeline management and initiative governance, coordinating across departments and monitoring results
Prepare analyses, reports, and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making
Mentor junior analysts and review their deliverables
Perform ad hoc analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
Graduate specialization or MBA is a plus
Experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Controllership, or Strategic Finance
Experience with strategic, efficiency, or transformation projects
Knowledge of P&L, revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX, and cash flow analysis
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and variance analysis
Experience building and evaluating business cases, including assumptions, scenarios, risks, and financial returns
Knowledge of project management, including timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and action plans
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Power BI and SQL are a plus
Experience in data analysis, market intelligence, and strategic consulting is a plus
