About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a Marketing Operations team responsible for campaign enablement, marketing automation, QA, deliverability, troubleshooting, MarTech operations, workflow improvement, and selected marketing web operations
  • Manage planning, prioritization, and execution over a three-month-plus horizon
  • Tie campaign and operational backlog to business priorities, lifecycle goals, stakeholder needs, and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign operations from intake and scoping through sprint planning, requirements gathering, timeline management, QA, launch coordination, post-launch issue resolution, and performance feedback
  • Partner with Marketing Technology, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, and Campaign Operations teams
  • Maintain scalable, reliable, and AI-enabled MarTech infrastructure
  • Own platform health, deliverability, and issue-resolution processes
  • Lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution of platform, campaign, data, deliverability, and tracking issues
  • Coordinate landing page updates, CMS workflows, deployment readiness, tagging and tracking, accessibility, performance monitoring, launch QA, and troubleshooting
  • Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, experimentation, and scalable workflows
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve campaign quality, strengthen analytics, and increase team productivity while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational control

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing automation/technology, web operations, or a related function
  • Experience managing or formally leading team members
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, SFMC, Marketo, or similar
  • Understanding of campaign logic, audience segmentation, personalization, QA, deliverability, reporting, and data-driven campaign execution
  • Familiarity with MarTech infrastructure and technical operations, including automation, data flows, integrations, reporting requirements, platform troubleshooting, and UAT coordination
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with requirements gathering, timeline management, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and escalation management
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, experimentation frameworks, or advanced analytics
  • Experience designing or rolling out AI-powered workflows, automation playbooks, campaign QA tools, intake automation, experimentation workflows, web QA processes, or reporting systems
  • Working knowledge of marketing web operations, including CMS workflows, landing page QA, tracking implementation, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion pixels, UTM governance, accessibility considerations, and Core Web Vitals
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Technology teams
  • Experience with SQL, structured data, campaign data models, APIs, integrations, or data pipelines is nice to have
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Webflow, or similar is nice to have
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, redirects, metadata, page templates, or structured content is nice to have
  • Experience developing channel analytics frameworks, deliverability benchmarks, operational scorecards, web performance dashboards, or campaign reporting is nice to have
