Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct end-to-end analyses using SQL or Python, statistical modeling, hypothesis development, and presentation of business ideas
Mentor and guide junior engineers
Work with large and complex textual and visual datasets
Support development and deployment of machine learning models for offline batch data products and online real-time services
Develop text and visual understanding systems and fine-tune transformer models to derive embeddings for multiple input types
Productionize and automate model pipelines within Python services
Drive adoption of best practices in ML development and operations
Mentor newer engineers in ML development and operations practices

What you’ll need

Experience developing and productionizing machine learning models, particularly neural networks, computer vision, and LLMs, including supported data pipelines
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, XGBoost, and Scikit-learn
Strong coding skills in Python or equivalent Java or C++
Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices
Experience with LLMs, LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Bedrock, prompt engineering, and evaluation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
