About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Scrum events and ensure effective meeting practices.
Help Scrum teams focus on creating high-value increments, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Help teams identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
Work closely with Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and frameworks.
Support teams in continuously improving collaboration, delivery, and ways of working.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a technology environment.
Experience working with software development teams using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile approaches.
Strong facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
Ability to establish relationships, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
A pragmatic approach to Agile, adapting practices to the needs and maturity of each team.
