About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers
- Own difficult people decisions and advise on difficult conversations, team reorganizations, and high-stakes decisions
- Own talent, performance, and salary review cycles end to end, including future calibrations
- Establish the analytical standard for People decisions
- Improve and harmonize HR processes and journeys
- Lead People and cross-functional projects to a mid-market/enterprise standard
- Provide individual and collective coaching
- Support transitions and career paths as a retention lever
- Apply a reliable, intelligent approach to compensation and labor-law-related personnel decisions
- Build and run AI workflows and agents for People operations, analysis, reporting, and internal communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience running HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders
- Experience owning talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end
- Ability to build HR processes and drive manager adoption
- Daily use of AI, including generative AI
- Experience building workflows or agents with significant impact or adoption
- Strong social and situational intelligence
- Ability to form accurate assessments and make robust recommendations
- Ability to remain steady under pressure
- Fluency in English
- French proficiency at C1 level
- Spanish is a plus
- Sound judgment in labor law
- Ability to involve payroll, finance, and legal partners when appropriate
