Perform daily checks and reconciliations to ensure compliance with regulations
Assist with filing and monitoring chargebacks
Review, analyze, and resolve chargeback disputes efficiently and accurately
Perform financial adjustments for users and prepare bank refunds
Maintain daily reports and ledgers
Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations and improve user experience
Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics
Experience in the financial industry will be a plus
Interest in working and growing with a fintech start-up
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential data
Open mind with willingness to learn
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
